comes with

-318ti rear trailing arms
-poly rear trailing arm bushings
-low miles on rotors and brake pads
-extra half shaft with good CV boot

hmmm interested.. very... so basically everything i would need for a rear 5 lug swap other than the springs correct?

You'll need wheels (obviously) and you're not required to change springs when you swap the trailing arms. Stock ones will work just fine.
